Mushes!

I've played MUSHes since I was about 11. MUSH stands for Multi-User Shared Hallucination, and it's a type of text based game which you build and program yourself. The fun of the game comes from programming things to interact with and interacting with things other people have programmed, exploring the areas they've built, undertaking puzzles or playing minigames, and chatting to your friends.

The main game I always played was 8bitMUSH. This game has a small playerbase these days but I had many years of fun with my friends on that game. If you want to try it out, head over to Ansiart.com to play. It's really fun, come join us and learn programming or show off your skills!
